- Start-Up Guidance. We are going to show you the way around Laurie’s Pie Bar kitchen so you feel equipped to open your doors to the community. We’ll help you set up your space, your inventory, and your team, so you feel confident from the very first pie.
- Initial Training & Ongoing Support. The business training and your first look at Laurie’s Pe Bar recipes will begin when you visit our flagship location in Long Beach. You’ll learn every aspect of the business, from how to make pies for people and pets to how to run a payroll. Then we’ll join you at your location for up to five days, while you welcome your community into your shop, and we’ll be there to support you at every phase growth, shipping our premade pie crust dough balls to help ensure you’re always delivering a consistent product.
- We’ve Whipped up Technology Tools to make running your bakery franchise business easier. We will show you how to utilize our carefully-selected user-friendly management software to keep your business running as smoothly as the whipped cream on your Key Lime Pies!
- Marketing Support. We will guide you through local and system marketing campaigns, web presence, community outreach, and more. It isn’t just the enticing aroma of freshly baked pies that brings people in the door (though that works too!)
